Enjoyed the rich breakfast variety offered and the excellent dinners provided. The room was well soundproofed, allowing for a peaceful and quiet stay. appreciated the helpful staff.

Although the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm holiday season, the unit in our room made frequent noise that disturbed our sleep. The internet connection was spotty, requiring multiple re-logins and making it difficult to use non-browser apps.

Great dinner and breakfast options, with lots of variety and options for different tastes. the staff were kind and helpful, even when we accidentally forgot our bag downstairs and they went out of their way to get it back to us in Wurzburg. the room was cozy and warm, and because it was Christmas there were some festive decorations which was a nice touch.

WiFi was a bit spotty, which was frustrating at times, especially when trying to use apps that required a constant connection. the air conditioning could be a bit noisy at times, but at least it kept the room comfortable during the surprisingly warm Christmas period.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the midst of the town center. the rich continental breakfast is always well-stocked and the dinners are excellent, according to past guests. the staff is friendly, and they provide cleaning service of the rooms every day. Soundproofing of the room is very efficient so one can enjoy peace and quiet. information about the region, in multiple languages, is easily available in each room.

The hotel may need to improve its Internet services, which, according to past guests, disconnects frequently, leading to repeated relogging on the web.
